FIAF uses a VOIP System

Which allows each user to receive/place calls from wherever they are. This gives you access to your FIAF line whether you are sitting at your desk, in a meeting or even working remotely from home or elsewhere. Your phone system credentials are in the onboarding email you received from F8’s engineering team.
