F8 CODE OF CONDUCT

The purpose of this Code of Conduct is to explain the standards of conduct and expectations for every F8 employee and consultant.

Discrimination and Harassment

F8 does not tolerate any unlawful discrimination or harassment in the workplace. Examples of such behavior include derogatory comments based on racial or ethnic characteristics and unwelcome sexual advances. Any employee who has a question or concern regarding any type of discrimination or harassment is encouraged to bring it to the attention of their manager. In cases where investigation confirms the assertions, appropriate corrective action will be taken, regardless of whether the inappropriate conduct rises to the level of any violation of law. No employee will suffer retaliation for reporting, in good faith, any violation of company policy or unlawful discrimination, harassment, or retaliation.
