Email on your phone affected by MFA

MFA (Multi Factor Authentication) is a simple, powerful security feature that requires you to enter two sets of credentials to gain access to your account: 1) info you already know (password) and 2) info sent to something you possess (one-time code sent via text, email or to an authenticator on your phone). This extra step reduces security threats to your account and ultimately helps protect your company’s work.

Occasionally some users may experience issues accessing email on their smart phone or get prompted for a code continuously after MFA is enabled. If this happens to you, you will need to delete and re-add your email account.
